Losing Faith in Package Arrival

One seller has begun to stink, I ordered an item from this seller on the 18th of January 2018 with the
estimated shipping being 6 days I thought "Great my item will arrive in a week!" since UK sellers are
very fast that is why they are able to boast such short ETA dates.

Fast forward 14 days past the ETA date and the package still hasn't arrived yet while several other
packages I have ordered from other sellers at Jan 18th some from the likes of China have arrived
since then.

I got nervous since the ETA was so short meaning I couldn't be flexible on time if this was the usual
ebay "1 month" delivery time so I contacted the seller asking that the packaged hasn't arrived yet and
the tracking hasn't updated since it arrived at the global shipping center, only for her to give me sass
and said to contact eBay Global Shipping Program for further tracking information.

So I am asking you guys how to Contact the eBay Global Shipping Program before I file for an eventual
refund.

I even waited as long as I could for 14 days as I have seen in the past (3 ~ 7 ~ 14) days as the usual
UK package arrival time.

I have darker implications but I would just be bashing the seller at this point.

I can't speak directly to the GSP but there has been HUGE delays with USPS recently.

Take a quick glance at the Boards & you'll see quite a few topics regarding Delayed Shipping.

As a Seller I shipped a package from Oregon to Puerto Rico,  Estimated delivery 7 - 10 Business days...took over a MONTH to arrive. For some reason it was just stuck in a distrubution center in Florida for weeks.   People are reporting this sorta thing all over the US right now.

I'm guessing once a package arrives to the GSP site it continues on thru USPS?  You should be able to use your tracking # to pull up location info. I always go to the USPS site directly as it gives the most in depth tracking. You can also file a Missing Package report there. I find this helps bump along a package that's been stuck in limbo.

If there is tracking to prove the package left the UK and is enroute I wouldn't place any blame on the Seller for any delays. Once it's in the system we are just as helpless as you.

Yeah i have been looking around the forums and it looks like another clustertruck, as if 2017 wasn't enough.

It's like russian roulette whether an unlucky seller will get their package stuck in limbo or lost in transit.

I don't know where the hell my package is right now. I used several tracking sites only to see that it is still stuck at Lichfield, Staffordshire, GB Which was at Jan 20th!!!

It is disgusting pitney bowes of the GPS demands so much shipping money yet can't do their shtt right!
