How do i go about returning a item that is missing parts and also not as discribed

I received a package today for an auction that i won recently. In the title for the auction it said that everything was brand new and in the discription it said what the auction came with but wasnt very detailed. It also had picture's of what it was supposed to come with.

My problem is that most of the stuff that came had sings of prior use a few items that were pictured and in the discription didn't come in the package sent.

I was wondering if i should open a claim or whatever its called to return the package and if so it gives multiple options to choose from that apply to this item and i can only pick one.

What should i open it as "Item not as described"  or " items missing peices" something to that effect?

First message the seller. Give them a chance (a couple days) to make it right. Except only a full refund upon return of the item (they should PDF you a return label with tracking number) Or if you think you can find the missing parts a acceptable partial refund amount. Do some research on this while you wait for a reply.

I don't recommend a return for REPLACEMENT (this is something the sellers from China also suggest, it never ends well for the buyer).

If you do not get a reply or a unsatisfactory reply then file a SNAD claim. Not as described is usually best. There will be another screen where you can add that it was listed as NEW but what arrived was USED and incomplete.  At this point any contact with the seller should be only through the claim process, no outside messages or calls. EBay should provide you with a return label and you should receive a full refund once the tracking shows it delivered back to the seller.
