Is there a way to remove the instructions and online label record when I print a shipping label? My label sheets are two per sheet and I’m tired of wasting one because I can’t find where to turn off the receipt from printing anywhere. I have looked!

Yes, you need to change the Print format on the Label page - Click on "Change" first
Then on the "change" screen Uncheck "Add receipt & instructions, the click SAVE

Hi, I cut my labels in half so it only prints on one of them. My printer does not print the instruction portion then. I just load one label at a time so it does not automatically print more then just the shipping label portion.
hope this helps.

How do you find the "Label Page" to make these changes???

It's on the "Ship your order" screen you use to set up and print/buy your label - the change has to be made there before you complete the shipping label.
On a PC, look on the far right side for the Print Format PDF setting and click "change" under that.

Do you have to make this change each time you have a sale? If not, great. But if you do have to change it each time is there an area for global, permanent changes for printing the labels?
Thanks for any help!

You're posting on a thread that is over 2 yrs old. I'll answer you quickly before the Mods close it.
That link to change the format is only available on the "Ship your order" page, where you set up and purchase your shipping label.
You have to make the print changes BEFORE you actually purchase the label from that page - it can't be done after.
The Print Format link is over on the right side on a PC/desktop.

lol I replied to an older post earlier.
No you don't have to change it each time - change it once on the screen as shown and it will apply to all labels going forward.
