Labels are sideways when I buy in bulk, can’t print using my thermal label.

Last two days when I buy labels in bulk on eBay,the labels are not vertical like they were, but sideways. No matter what I do, I can’t get them to turn vertical when I get to print screen, and when I print them using my thermal label, the labels are too small to use. Anybody else having this problem?

When I save the pdf it saves it as 2 to a page and I cant print it as 4x6 on my thermal printer and I HAVE chosen the 4x6 as the printing option when I made the labels

Look just above the label preview pane, what label dimensions is it showing?

Does the label preview show the correct printer outline with one or two labels in it?

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?
