Did you mean:

Label PDF requiring download instead of opening in browser.

Up until today, when we click the Print Labels button it will just open the PDF in a new browser tab to print...no download required.

Today when shipping, when we click Print Labels it is making us download the PDF to our computer and does not open in a new tab. Then we just open the file from the computer to print each file to print which is a big pain. We have already checked Chrome settings and it is still set to open PDF previews in the browser.

Is anyone else having this issue today (Ebay change) , or is it something we need to check a little closer on our side

Worked normally for me all day yesterday (8/28/24) for 8 items.  Have not sold anything yet today though.  Buy something from me and I'll tell you if the label PDF opens, LOL!

Re: Label PDF requiring download instead of opening in browser.

How PDFs are treated depends on your browser settings. Sometimes a browser update can alter those settings.

How it looks in Firefox:

Check those settings -- try changing the setting back and forth, or set it to use a PDF reader to open PDFs -- or try another browser.
