This is a USPS issue, but if you log in to the USPS site then you should be able to schedule the pickup no problem. The error is appearing on USPS.com when you're not logged in to your USPS account.

True, but it's an issue that popped up again the last few days so I posted the current solution for others to see before the mods inevitably lock it.

Logging in doesn't matter. I log in every day for a package pickup request and it has been down for nearly two weeks. I called USPS and they are aware of the problem and say they are working on it. Pretty poor computer tech people if you ask me!!
