Items doesn’t match description

I bought a 37 set of paint and in the description said Assorted colors!!! And then said for colors look at the picture and I barely could see what color  is in the picture  and I was like as far as they are assorted color it’s fine

now i find out there is 7 white!!! 4 Chinese white 3 titanium white

what can i do now?

i don’t want to return them because i need them

and pretty sure buyer would not pay for returning shipping 

should i ask for 15% of money back?

You can ask for whatever you want but at the end of the day, the seller can tell you to return all for a full refund and eBay will not make him refund 15% of the price. If you couldn’t tell the colors in the picture, it would have been a good idea to ask the seller what colors are included. If the picture showed 3 different shades of white and that’s what you got then.....you got what the listing described

I got 7 white and only 2 shade it means 5 are duplicate
Yes it was totally my fault but the seller said assorted color

         Considered as smart selling.

 You needed to undertake the effort to inquire what colors and how manny of each you would receive.

Sad, when you receive something that doesn't match expectations, which was easily avoidable.

If a seller is too lazy to write a description that tell what you are getting it is best to pass on them.

you say it was a 37 piece set?  If so were all 37 white?

yo can file INAD and Ebay will ask you to return all 37 and get  your money back.

or you can ask seller if he would do something .

Unfortunately if you got a few different colors then you got assorted colors....you just assumed it would be 37 different colors....


If your seller is in China you will need to pay shipping w/tracking back to China.

you said you could barely see picture, but you bought anyways. No, you should not ask for refund. Anyways, you might find out later that you really do need all that white. idk. I know my white paint gets used the most.
