Item that never arrived and ebay closed the case

I have an issue with a seller regarding an item that never arrived. Seller always tells me don't worry be patient when complaing about an item that never has arrived. I asked seller twice to provide signature of delivery and this never happened. Now I cannot be a victim in this case. I am a trusted ebay buyer since 2004 and a loyal buyer since 2008. Last years I see that ebay sidded too much with sellers that in some casses are malafide.  If there is no buyers there will never be ebay.

I this case I ask ebay again and again, to step in and solve this. I want a refund because this item was never delivered and seller never responded properly.

What does the tracking number state?

What type of return request did you open?

When was the original purchase date?

You should review the eBay MBG before deciding on how to act. I would suggest doing that now. Buyers are well protected if they follow the rules.

I'm curious how was your item shipped ?

Was it eBay international Shipping ?

If it was the seller has no control over the process they ship it to eBay.

Missing a lot of details.

If eBay made a decision you think was wrong then you can try appealing it.

If the appeal fails then you can try with your financial institution and file an Item Not Received chargeback.
