Hello everybody,
I have one question.
I bought item on 14. Sep that was shipped from Japan to Europe after 8 days.
I got tracking number that haven't updated and change at all and it's still at airport.
I contacted seller who told me that Typhoon hit airport and everything get delayed for 2-3 weeks.
Deadline for delivery is 7. Nov,but seller told me to give him a week,which is wierd since he previously said it's been delayed for 2-3 weeks.
I'm afraid item got lost even if deadline hasn't passed since there haven't been update.
Is it possible for me to open dispute and I got refund as well as the seller?

If you do not receive delivery, just file a item not received request, the day after the earliest expected delivery date.

Did you meant latest expected delivery date instead of earliest?
Because earliest expected delivery date is 15 Oct.
Here is estimated deliver date

@chrisredfieldstars The LATEST delivery estimate. Your purchase isn’t late. If it doesn’t arrive BY 11/7, you can file a INR on 11/8.
