Hi, I bought an item, which wasn't received and was returned to seller, as long as courier could not find delivery address. The item was from Germany, not China, so I was able to communicate with the seller and we managed to agree to send it back to me. Now I understood that he will not do this, but 90 days have passed already and I can't open a ticket. I have chat history with the seller and tracking number, which shows that item was returned. What can I do to solve this in my favour?
