Item not delivered since July

Hi,

I bought an item in July from Indigo Products and it has not been delivered to date. I tried contacting the seller several times and got no response. Then I tried contacting eBay and got so many frustrating electronic  run arounds with no one actually talking to me or resolving my issue. Now I see that Indigo Products is no longer a seller on eBay!

Has anyone had a similar experience? How do I contact eBay directly and successfully? How do I get my money back or the item delivered?

I'll appreciate any advice I can get

File an Item Not Received complaint with PayPal.

Unfortunately, you cannot file a INR on Paypal. It is past the 180 day period.

You are way past the time you could file a claim in Ebay [30 days], but if you paid using PayPal, you have 180 days to open a claim, so you still have a little time left, but not much.  Good luck!

Not so fast - we don't really know what  day in July the OP is taking about do we?

 Facts we  do know and  can play with-

1.  June 30 is the 181st  day of the year

2.  That means that there are 184 days  remaining in 2018. 

3.  There are  6  days left  in 2018 - subtract 6 from 184 (days remaining) equals 178 days from the  last day in June.

4.  The OP needs to shake & bake and OPEN his INR case right now before  "It Is Too Late, Baby Now,  It's Too Late."*   *Carole Kings Tapestry Album.

5.  If the OP paid for this item on any  day in July  from 1st to the 31st he  might have  more cushion.

You are welcome.  Glad I  &  others that  said  the same thing that I did could  help.

Next  time don't wait so long - within 30 days beyond the  estimated  delivery date is more than enough to open your case w/eBay.
