Oh my Gosh..  I finally was able to get combined shipping to do what it is supposed to do..  Small victories are great victories..

In the upper right corner of the screen, there are the words eBay Help, a bell symbol, an envelope symbol and a photograph of you. Click on the photograph and then click on My Profile.

The Posts (discussions) you started will be displayed. To the right of that word are your Replies.

Just click your 'name' on any post, like this one- it will show you all 'posts' you replied to as well as any 'threads' that you started.
