Did you mean:

It can't get any weirder than this...

I got an email from a buyer? saying item has not arrived yet.

And yes...it was returned..."returned to sender"..."decreased".

And it was opened and re-taped.

Do I really want to tell the person he is deceased...and do I want to re-mail it at my cost?

I would send the photo of the returned item to the buyer.

I'd also peel up the yellow sticker and take a photo of the buyer's address and send that to them, too.

P.S. In case you aren't aware, you posted a photo that shows your full name and address. You can delete from your profile page if you did not intend to reveal your personal info.

I had a buyer message me last night.    He'd been happily buying stamps

from me and had forgotten to change his shipping address and I should watch for the

stamp order(s)  I mailed him to come back to me.

Then,   There's the $40.00 remorse return I'm getting from another buyer.   First return in several years.   😩

"Bought these by mistake.   Didn't notice they were MLH and I need MNH"

You should let them know what is going on with their mail.    Due to the time difference, they could still be alive in some parts of the world while being dead in others.

Under eBay rules I would say you have to reship it at your cost.  It's their postal service that looks like they messed up.

Another for the eBay files of the odd but true.

James, you should buy a vowel for that last name. 😁  Perhaps you can find one on eBay.

buyer replied was...I bought some more stamps...so you can send these with those.

Its a win for me...unless they get returned again.

"Didn't notice they were MLH and I need MNH".....that's the problem with buyers using their cellphone for purchases nowadays. Not everything shows up in the item for sale in that little tiny description.

I had a return...buyer wrote Scott numbers on the back of stamps and kept one of the stamps. I don't have the energy to say anything anymore...I just let it go.

I still can't believe I won that bank dispute with that buyer we had a problem with...for documentation I used a photo with Barbie and Ken during Christmas. So funny. 😁

At least you have confirmation that they are getting their clothes pressed.

"Energy"  becomes an issue with these problem buyers.    It's difficult

to find the energy to spend $30.00 of my time disputing a $10.00 problem.
