Buyer paid for two auctions but forgot to pay for the shipping. How can I send an invoice for the shipping?

Did you send the buyer an invoice for combined shipping then not include shipping on that invoice? Any invoices sent/generated by eBay would have shown the shipping you were charging per the listing; the buyer can't remove shipping cost and only pay part.

Refund the initial payments and send an invoice?

If they paid for the orders, how did they not pay for the shipping?

How can a buyer "forget" to pay shipping.
I did not think the buyer could just pay a "partial" payment on an invoice....
I suppose you could just make an item/listing for shipping...just remember to put the tracking number for the other order in that listing once that item is paid

I was unaware that a buyer can process the payment on their end and skip paying for the shipping If shipping was on the invoice.
Are you sure when you sent the invoice that you had shipping cost listed on the invoice?

Hope we helped? The OP was here the day they posted and does not look like they checked back in after that.

Yeah, that seems to happen a lot. Getting to the point that responding to questions almost seems like a waste of time. A simple "Thanks for your help" would be sufficient. Otherwise I'm beginning to not bother as much as I used to.

👍👍👍
They only let me hit the " helpful" button once, so I gave you 3 more here.
It definitely would be nice to get acknowledgement after taking the time to help a poster with a problem. It seems to be that common courtesy has become a casualty of the internet age.
