Issues with selecting eBay Standard Envelope

Not sure if it's just me, but eBay won't let me select envelope shipping even though the buyer selected it and that my weight/dimensions are within requirements (1 oz, 4x7x1).

I have been dealing with the same issues. I even went into the post office and the cheapest option they can give me was $4.45 with tracking for a PWE.

I just checked and I saw the eBay fixed the sports trading cards envelope back!

(spoke too soon... now it disappeared)

Currently October and I'm experiencing this issue as well.

Seems like the issue is back - - - cannot select ebay standard envelope and my orders are within dimensions... 

any updates as to when this will be resolved would be greatly appreciated.
