What is it?
When attempting to purchase and print a shipping label using the eBay standard envelope service, members are unable to proceed as the options is greyed out.
Is there a workaround?
No workaround is currently available. An alternative to consider is using a different shipping service that is currently available.
What should I do if I'm impacted?
We do not need further reports or examples at this time. We will update this post as we have more information to share.
The tech team has confirmed that this has been resolved and you should now be able to see the option to select and eBay standard envelope when purchasing labels.
