Not sure if it's just me, but eBay won't let me select envelope shipping even though the buyer selected it and that my weight/dimensions are within requirements (1 oz, 4x7x1).

I'm a fairly new seller, but this buyer with a good reputation and member since 2002 offered the same price as my listing. They didn't leave any message with the offer, but the package is supposed to be shipped in the US even though they're based in ...
