If the tracking number is for a purchase you made, It is probably from the China based seller you bought from who has a very poor by ebay standards feedback percentage.
If the tracking is for one of the items you have sold. Your chinese supplier is going to cause you lots of problems. The final carrier of the package in the U.S., Better Trucks is being used by chinese suppliers to scam people in the U.S. with fake tracking information, for items sold on eBay, Alibaba, Taobao, and other sites that have China based sellers, because their customer service and tracking information, is very poor.
If you look at your listings, you will see that the Item Location is not given correctly. It should show a City and State in the U.S.. Instead the item location is given as " US, CN. UK, China ", and all shipping is done from China which could result in an Item Not As Described dispute being filed, because of the false item location information. If your supplier says they have a U.S. warehouse, its city and state location should be given, and a U.S. based carrier's tracking given.
You can probably expect to find an Item Not Received (INR) dispute being filed for that item.

I don't believe that carrier is supported by eBay.
You can see this page of carriers that work on eBay.
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options?id=4089
Using a non integrated carrier poses risks. Such as you will lose INAD claims as seller protections only work with integrated carriers.
