As I am aware to go to seller hub> orders> shipping labels> actions...
BUT... there appears to be NO OPTION to VOID a duplicate label.
Strangely enough, the item sold on Dec 4th, was scanned and shipped on Dec 5th, and it has just now reached/left the Houston, Texas Regional facility... that item was projected to arrive from Florida to Texas by Dec 8th... so that kind of sucks for the customer, I may message them an apology, though it is not our fault!!!
The customer has not yet to complain or send a INR... but somehow, both tracking numbers show the same information (which is strange), despite only ONE label actually being used ( *our local postal worker only scanned ONE QR code from our phone) at USPS.
Also, I know we only have 5 days to VOID the unused label and it takes up to 3 weeks to receive a refund from USPS, but if the item is still in transit... Apparently, I cannot VOID the unused label from within our seller's hub?! (*Aggravating!!!)
Worst case scenario... we lose most of our profit on a $22.50 item and eat the extra $8.82 Priority Label that shouldn't have ANY tracking info... BUT, somehow the UNUSED/UNSCANNED shipping label is mirroring the information via; 2 tracking numbers - and there's only (1) item sold!!!
I don't like the fact; we cannot VOID the unused label (or identify which one was NEVER scanned!)... and it has now been 5 days, so odds are unlikely we'll be refunded for the unused label via; USPS.
Any info would be great... I may call eBay - but, it really falls under USPS does it not? (*We've been using the QR code feature in app, and physically bringing items to the post office with no problems prior... so, it shouldn't be this difficult to VOID a label on our end... but the **bleep** item is STILL in transit (6 days later!!!) - I don't know what else we can do on our end.
Thanks, any info is greatly appreciated!!!

You can not void a label once it is scanned by the post office. If the label has not been scanned then you have a limited number of days to void it. You are past that deadline. The label can not be voided even if it has not been used.

If you printed 2 labels and each has the same tracking number, you got charged one time. You can't void it because it was scanned. If you see 2 different tracking numbers, then you were definitely charged twice. Go to MY Ebay, click Orders and then look under Shipping labels. VOID the tracking # that was not used. A refund will arrive 2-3 weeks after voiding.
