I've sold quite a bit over the past few months only problem is, is that because usps and covid it's been saying on ebay and usps an item has been delivered but the buyer claims that it hasn't been and a few days later I get a negative feeback for something I had no control over? I've already tried giving refunds to a few people but at this point I dont want to lose any more money. Is the feedback something ebay will help take care of as it isn't my fault or am I stuck with it? Thanks in advance.

If an item shows as Delivered on Tracking, I would encourage all of these buyers to open cases that you can then call eBay and close in your favor. If an item shows as delivered, it is the buyer's responsibility to obtain it. You're not liable for misdelivered, theft, etc. No refunds required this way, PLUS any negatives will be removed.
BTW, I checked and I'm not seeing any negatives on this posting account- just a neutral and negative for cancelled orders. If you have another account that is getting negatives that cite "non delivery", you may be able to call eBay to have those removed since they are making non-factual statements that you can back up with a delivery confirmation.
