Invalid Tracking number

Should I be concerned?  Will I be disapppointed? Smiley Indifferent

We needed to urgently buy an iPhone,  so we carefully did our research and purchased one from what was advertised as a "UK" seller.  It turns out though that the seller is from China.  But, I was assured that the item was being dispatch from the UK, and via Royal Mail.

The tracking number is in the correct format but is invalid on the Royal Mail's tracking site (it is now 3 days after the item was 'dispatched'), but in the listing on ebay, my item is marked as being shipped by Yodal 48.    The seller has been very insistent that I don't give them negative feedback and insists that the parcel is on it's way.

We now have noticed that the seller's 'feedbacks' list looks fabricated - copy and paste about same item and same the remarks (with spelling mistakes)....   I have pointed out to the seller that the shipping and tracking information is wrong.... and suddenly we have stopped receiving the 'enthusiastic' emails from China.....

Invalid Tracking number

Okay, if this is a bogus seller (I really don't know what they would get out of it in the end?), I am sure that I will win my case and get my money back. But I will not get back the wasted time! (This item I am buying is critical to my role as a carer and)

Invalid Tracking number

Usually the tracking number does not show up until it reaches the destination country. If you dont receive the phone by the last estimated delivery date, file an item not received case.
