Hope someone can provide some insight to the shipping hub in Glendale. The seller has sent the item and it’s been stuck w the Glendale hub since March 10th. Is there a severe backlog that maybe impacting other outbound international shipments or what’s the expectation for the HUB to make progress and ship onwards to overseas address ? The tracking shows “Delivered to Agent, left with Individual” on March 10th. Appreciate anyone’s insight / help here … thank you .

If you have an issue with how long it is taking they can file an item not received case one day past the estimated date of delivery and eBay will handle it.

Thanks , have tried this and the system I think automatically pushed my question back to the seller. Seller tried contacting eBay with little success and suggested that I try this forum.
I’ll try your suggestion again later this week and see if eBay can check why things appear to be stuck in Glendale. Thx

What were the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay when you purchased the item?
One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you can then file a Item Not Received case and eBay will handle it, NOT the seller.

This is just a guess...without knowing what it is you ordered, your item could be detained and or seized if it can't be shipped to your country. Could be in the inspection process.
You would need to wait until the estimated date of delivery to open an item not received case for a refund.
In my experience shipping with eIS, eBay usually gets items prepared and shipped to the buyer within a couple of days from arriving at the hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

Thanks , the original estimate was March 6-13th. I managed to call the 1800 number and spoke to a woman ( I think from Philippines ) and she told me they will check w/ some international shipping specialist and then get back to me via email in the next 24-48 hours. Will see what progress / updates can be provides at that point. Appreciate the help …

Um...there is no 1800 number for eBay. In fact there are no phone numbers for eBay that receive incoming calls.
So whomever it was you talked to was NOT eBay.

1-800-456-3229 - this was the number that seller also tried.

Ok likely a fake number - reading through some old posts
