I have bought from a seller on the 5th on December and the seller contacted me saying that he received the item back and had the notice “Insufficient Address” what do I do?
I had my apartment number first, then my street name, then my apt number.

Maybe your street address number should have been before the street name.

Go and plug it in at the ZIP Code finder at usps.com to see what changes they recommend. USPS can be picky about format and abbreviations.

It is not USPS's job to interpret/guess addresses, because carriers can get in trouble if they deliver items to the wrong location. As the other poster said, go to USPS website and open their page for ZIP CODE LOOK-UP. Type in what you have for your address and they will show you the correct format. Then, anywhere you have a shipping address registered, correct it! You are 100% responsible for the address you provide.

The postal carrier you have is probably a new one as they rotate routes a lot between carriers. The old carrier was interpreting the address to your residence. You need to go in and fix the address to the right one. Merry X-Mas

I’ve had that address up for months and worked and now doesn’t want to work at all
Addresses that aren't what USPS expects it to be may work as long as there is someone at the destination post office who says, "Oh, I know where that is" and it gets delivered anyway. It may be that there has been turnover at your PO and veterans with that kind of local knowledge have left.
