Inability of Ebay to give lables for returns to customers

HEY EBAY!!!!!

The return lable is double the prcie when you go direct for the label you were unable to provide for me because YOUR sustems were down.

and you click Accept the return --

next step you tell eBay to issue a return label to the buyer.

Thank you. I knew that.  I was complaining that the customer service was blowing me off.    I know how to process a return, byt their ability to process and allow lables to be printed at that time was not working.  I live in a rual area and a trip to the post office is time consuming, and the price of purchasing a lable at USPS is double.  I was vernting.  It seemed like a porr alternative to me.

So it didn't occur to you to buy a label from PayPal? Would have cost the same as buying one from eBay.
