You checked your email SPAM folder, yes? Are you sure you selected the QR code option when you purchased the labels? If you selected QR code it should be there on the reprint page. Did you try to use reprint on the app to see if that makes a difference? That might be the fastest way to get what you need.
There was a glitch last week where the QR code download wasn't showing on mobile web, but it was showing on classic web and the app. Not sure if that's been fixed. Are you on mobile web or classic web?
If you didn't select QR codes, or if you're not sure, you can void the current labels then purchase new ones and make sure you select QR code before purchasing. Maybe test it with one label before going forward with all of them and potentially creating a ness.
To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided USPS label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
