I want to combine shipping on 2 items, but use a larger flat rate box. Is it possible to do that ?

I want to combine 2 items that were both to be shipped in USPS flat rate padded envelopes. I will combine them in a medium flat rate box instead. Can I do that and just buy the one QR code label for the medium box only.? Without voiding any labels that I HAVE NOT YET PURCHASED. How do I  just buy the one QR code label for the medium box ONLY. Thanks

You should be able to select the two items and combine shipping, thereby requiring only one label.

Even if you can't combine shipping, you can use the same tracking number for two different shipments to the same customer, so you can just purchase one label and enter the tracking number into both orders.  Should be perfectly fine.

OK, but WHERE do I  do that? I would appreciate a step by step tutorial if you would be so kind. I  went into the desktop site ( no computer) and I  think I  was in purchase labels, but couldn't see how to buy a label for the DIFFERENT size box. When I  clicked on purchase label, the only option was for the flat rate padded envelopes that I had on each of the listings. HOW DO I PURCHASE A LABEL FOR A MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX?

OK, but HOW IS IT DONE? Maybe a step by step tutorial is what I  need for my computer challenged self. If you would be so kind. I  want to ship both items I n a medium flat rate box rather than the 2 flat rate padded that were in the listings and what the customer paid for. TIA

UNFORTUNATELY it doesn't send the QR code in bulk shipping, just so you also have that info. So now I'm waiting on ebay to send me 5 QR codes- so far waiting 2+ hours, so my hope us dimming. I don't have a computer or printer.  Just a phone that is smarter than me.

If you don't get QR code emails @kenaimike4jha you can always access them using the reprint function.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

For the orders you want to combine in the same package but can't do it through bulk labels because you need a QR code, all you have to do is buy the label for one order then go to the other order and enter the same tracking number. As long as the buyer checked out using the same ID for both orders that won't be a problem - just make sure the IDs match before you proceed.

Correction: make sure the buyer IDs and the shipping address match. I sometimes get buyers placing separate orders because they want items shipped to different addresses. When you do this manually instead of with bulk labels you have to double-check those details because the system won't do it for you.

I tried the reprint on the link you sent and the email from ebay.  Unfortunately all that comes up is a label- no QR code. I thought if that did work I could screenshot the QR codes and I would be done with this latest ebay nightmare, but it didn't.  Also been 3 hours and still no qr codes in an email from ebay.  I'm not sure how late they work in India or wherever I spoke to.
