Bought an item not as described. Communication with seller has been spotty. No option to print return label. I ask seller over and over and he plays dumb, says item doesn't fit? When I've told him that several times. When I try to file a dispute and put in his screen name, it says name not valid. I think he's stalling, hoping the clock will run out or I'll give up. What can I do?

Stop messaging the seller and just file a SNAD claim. Follow all steps eBay tells you to. DO NOT close the case until you have a cleared refund in your hands.
