Hi
I accidentally sent order A to customer B and vice versa. Each buyer is willing to post the item to the intended recipient in order to resolve things speedily. So, I want to be able to sent a pre-paid postage label to each buyer but cannot see how I do this.
eBay help says:
Here's how to send an eBay postage label from the View return details section:
I fail at point 1, because there's nowhere to select "Send an eBay postage label". My only option is to refund.
Any help much appreciated!
Thanks
Anna

Get your labels here. It's OK if the return address on the label is your address, @drovercyclesonline because if something goes wrong, that item should come back to you anyway. Just be sure that the "ships from" zip code is that buyer, so the postage is calculated correctly.
Then save the label as a PDF file, and email the labels to each buyer (ask them for their email address).
