Were you expecting an order?

If you were, does the tracking number match the order?

Have a great day.

How did you determine it is a low value item?

I suspect that as it only had my address (I take that to mean no name) that it got opened.

Here we would not/should not open packages that do not have our name (as in, addressed to someone else) on them, but perhaps that does not apply in the UK.

I don't understand everything that I know about it, but there have been posts of random addresses given for item return addresses, as it is cheaper than paying for shipping to where they should go.

Here in the US low value items (not the item purchased) will be shipped to a random address showing that the item was delivered as a "same zip code" scam. Buyer claims not received. Seller shows delivery. eBay bot closes dispute. Big pain for the buyer to prove not delivered to given address.
