Ebay Authenticators

So, I sold shoes that someone bought off of here on Ebay. The shoes had a Stock X Tag, which means the shoes are real. I ship out the shoes, a couple days later, the buyer returns the shoe to me, refunded everything. I opened my box and "MY" Stock X Tag is missing. Why did Ebay Authenticators remove the tag for? It is my shoe that I spent my money on. I NEED HELP SOMEONE PLEASE.

There's nothing you can do here @sampion88 because that info is outlined in the FAQ.

Can I include extra items in the box when I ship my sneakers?

Any items that don't come directly from the manufacturer will be removed. This includes third party tags, marketing materials, and any forgotten or prohibited items.

Is the Stock X Tag something they are supposed to come with from the factory?

Also it looks like you relisted them as Size 11 - Nike Air Zoom Vomero 5 SE SP Racer Blue 2019 | No StockX Tag

If that StockX Tag is not included then you need to retake your photos so that they are not showing the StockX Tag.  Someone could purchase these and then return them because the picture does not match what they were sent.

Did you get them back with eBay's Tag?
