I bought a $350 dollar item, my biggest purchase on ebay, it arrived broken to me... when it was listed as fully functional, I told the seller immediately, he said it was probably damaged in the mail, though the box was in fine shape, and there was a lot of packing materials inside, since the packing materials and box were not damaged, I repacked it with all of his packing materials, and even added more, the box was in good shape, I sealed it up really well... It gets to him.. he sends me these pictures of it (its a heavy duty printer) and it looks like it has been smashed into pieces, like it doesn't even seem possible this could have happened given how well it was packed... and now he is claiming that the item is even more broken and he won't give a refund, or he would give me $50 bucks or something of the $350... it arrived broken... and then he says... now it is even more broken, smashed into a million pieces broken and is refusing a full refund.. I'm serious when I say it is completely unbelievable the way it is now broken on his end.. I seriously believe he smashed it himself.. because it is broken in a way that would be impossible given the way it was packed... and the irony of it all... it arrived to me broken to start... what should I do if this guy won't give me a full refund?

File a not as described case, use the resolution center, below, and include the tracking number to prove the printer was returned to the seller.
