Shipment not delivered by Fedex (although i was home all day)
Need to go to fedex site to let them know what to do
But in order to login, i need the ebay address that was assigned
But where is it?
Not in any email
Not in my account
I contacted the seller, but no response yet ...
Pretty weird that I can't use my own email address...

You mean your address it was shipped to? You can find that in the Paypal transaction.

Hi,
tnx
I meant the email address that Ebay apparently used to communicate with Fedex, xxxxxx@members.ebay.com
I need it to manage my shipment

The seller would be able to see that address in order details so you could ask them. Or, is it showing up the message area of in any emails that you received from ebay or paypal?
But since that isn't a 'real' email address...I wonder if that will even work on their website....

Try contacting Fedex by private message on Fedex facebook page or call their 800 number. If it was delivered to wrong house they can probably help you. They probably will just ask for your name, address and phone number so they know you are the recipient of package.

hi, have you found a solution, please?
I also need my ***@members.ebay.com email address to login to FedEx page because I need to change delivery details.
I was also looking everywhere in my ebay account. Also searched through messages with other sellers. But I, as a sender or receiver, am always displayed by user name, not e-mail address.
thanks for any help

Did you notice the age of the original message?

An eBay email alias is limited and transient. When eBay provides an email alias for communication between two members, it links only those two members for their current conversation, and only for the duration of the current transaction. A new id is coined for a conversation with a different member. That alias can not be used by an outsider, or even by a member's secondary email, to communicate with another party.
The recipient of a message from another member will see the alias of the sender, but the message sender will not see his own alias. I haven't used eBay's FedEx program, so I'm having difficulty trying to determine where FedEx would acquire the email alias of an eBay member, such as shxxxx_xxxxxxxxtm@members.ebay.com

Help, I have the same problem, my parcel was sent, and Fedex wants a @members.ebay.com adress for me to change delivery details (it is important that I can do so, to have them leave the parcel behind a coded door, and not take back if I'm absent), what can I do??
