I have a issue

Hello Good night
I cant make a refund to some person that buy a camera from me because I send the camera to this person with a cable and one charger for the camera battery and she just send me the camera and the rest of the stuff not Im not going to make a refund until she send me the rest of the stuff Its not fear that she say the camers its not working when its works perfect and its not fear that she wants her money back but she did not send me the rest of the stuff
I cant make a refund until I get my stuff back but now i just saw the ebay take my money from my back account when I was trying to contac ebay for that and Im so mad thats not fear

Sorry.  You've encountered an abusive buyer.

 

If a buyer makes a Money Back Guarantee claim (e.g., the camera doesn't work), then the seller must refund the money ... even if the buyer returns the product in a deteriorated condition.  If you do not refund, then eBay will (a) force the refund, (b) punish you by not returning your Final Value Fees, and (c) punish you with a seller defect.

 

Yes, it is not fair and it is not logical, but it is the policy you agree to follow when you sell on eBay.

 

You can report the buyer by finding the sale in your Orders, and then selecting "Report buyer" in the drop down menu on the left.  You have two reasons that you can report the buyer:  (1) they abused the Money Back Guarantee in order to circumvent your no return policy and get free return shipping; and (2) they did not return the item in the condition that it was sent.
