So I neglected to check which address my package would be sent to. UPS says I have to contact the shipper. I've attempted to contact the seller, Best Buy, twice, and they haven't replied either time. I tried calling Best Buy, and they told me to call eBay. I tried calling eBay, and I guess they don't have any customer service reps available at the moment. Due to the nature of the address it's being sent to, I'm unsure on whether or not UPS will even be able to deliver it. Is there any advice on what to do? I just want my package.

Only the seller can help you with the shipping address problem. See if the seller can intercept the package, which would be an added charge because it would be sent back to the shipper, and then they would have to rebill you for the additional shipping charges. If you want the package you need to let the seller know that you are willing to pay for the package intercept. Otherwise dependent upon the address it could still be delivered if it's a valid address, and you would have to depend upon the honesty of anyone living at that address to return the package. If it's undeliverable it will be returned to the shipper. After it's returned then the seller can rebill you for the shipping.

If its undeliverable, it will be returned to the seller. And you will have to provide the correct address and repay shipping fees to have it shipped again.

File an Item Not Received dispute http://paypal.com/disputes and escalate immediately to get your full refund. Or file a credit card chargeback to get a full refund. You'll lose and won't get a refund at eBay, because it was a bad address.
You gave Best Buy many chances to help, but they haven't taken any. Now you just have to get your money back, to buy your item again with the correct address. Best Buy hasn't always been like this. I bought a $15 flip phone, good for any elderly who has difficultly operating a smart phone, from Best Buy on eBay, and they were very helpful with redirecting the UPS delivery when it went astray.
