You are registered on US site. Why would you not want to ship domestically?

If you are selling on eBay.com you can't leave USA out.

My advice would be go to eBay.co.uk to sell. It is a little different from selling on eBay.com yet that would be the best option. Also you can use any other eBay website to sell, such as canada, germany, france, etc.

I had to stop shipping to USA for a bit as there were constant delays and did exactly that. You can also use free listings on ebay.co.uk and on ebay.com at the same time and possibly from any other eBay site just learn the language 🙂

In short - want to exclude country, don't sell on that country website.

eBay.com is the US site. If you list on eBay.com, then the US is considered domestic shipping and you have to ship to the US.

If you are not in the US then you should list on the eBay site for the country that you are in. For Israel, that would be https://il.ebay.com
