I combined two seperate orders into one box and shipped using one tracking number. I paid for the box and shipping label separately and sent the box expedited mail. The buyer received the box in 24 hours and left feedback on both items in their box. EBay record shows one as delivered and I am paid. The second shows as not even in transit. And money on hold for some time in the future. My question, is there a way to show eBay that both items were delivered in the same box and the buyer is completely happy, or will I never be paid for the item and eBay keeps the money. Thankyou for any help. regards Peter

You have to put the tracking number into the other item that you shipped as well. Or it looks like it hasn't been shipped.

Yes, you need to upload the same tracking number to the second item manually. eBay will not do it for you automatically. It can only do it for one of your multiple items you combine in shipping.

Thank-you. Very helpful. In the sold section of eBay it says 'Posted'. Yet if I pick on view, I can see it is indeed delivered. So eBay at least acknowledges it is delivered, although the Sold section doesn't reflect this. The funds remain on hold for another 10 days or so. I am assuming the sold view isn't actually updated. Thanks for your comment though.
