I Cannot Add Shipping Calculator To My Listing

I'm trying to relist an item, I add the dimensions but get no "Calculate" option.

I shipped an almost identical item for $36.00 (USPS calculation), this listing

puts it at $8.00.

On your listing form have have selected Calculated rather the Flat in the shipping details drop down box?

I do not see any flat rate or drop down box options
