How do you actually get/use stamps for mailing Non Machinable envelopes?
Are there 15 cent NM stamps you can to add to the original stamped envelope?
I see special NM stamps at USPS for about 70 cents - is this all I need to send a 1 ounce envelope? Or do I just add enough smaller cost cents to determine the actual shipping cost?
