I'm in Canada but made my account on eBay.com a long time ago but it seems to assume I'm shipping from the US so it's giving shipping times that are really tight considering I ship from Canada, any delay by the post and it can arrive after the estimated ship date.
There used to be a very wide range of shipping options when making our listings but when I try to revise a listing there are only 2 shipping options, Standard shipping or Local pickup.
Are we no longer able to choose a shipping service/time like before or has this setting been moved somewhere else?
Thank you

Hey @ccrrefills . I looked at one of your listings and believe I see the problem.
You selected "Standard Shipping" which uses estimates based on shipping domestically (on .com that's from US to US).
You need to select "Standard Shipping from Canada" so estimates are based on shipping from Canada to the US. If you look at these estimates and find they are too short, then you can choose "Economy Shipping from Canada" instead.
Scroll way down past the US shipping options and you'll find what you're looking for.

Thank you, but the issue is that I'm unable to find where these settings are. Do I see those by revising my listings or is it a general account setting?
They used to be in revise listing but I'm not seeing them there anymore.
Thank you

When you revise your listing look for something like this. Instead of USPS Ground Adv yours will show Standard Shipping.
Click 3 dots on top right of service box to remove Standard Shipping. Then you can add a new service like Standard (or Economy) from Canada.
If you're using biz policies then you need to edit the biz policy on this page, not the listing itself. It will look the same as below when in edit mode.
