How to sell multiple items with a flat one rate shipping ( golf balls )

Want to sell used golf balls with a flat $8 shipping no matter the quantity. So someone could by 10 or a 100 and it will be the same shipping price. Couldn't figure out how to do it via the normal selling form. It lets me specify quantity but applies the $8 shipping to each item. So 3 golf balls would be $24 shipping!

How to sell multiple items with a flat one rate shipping ( golf balls )

Think I finally figured it out . Had to enable the "ebay business tool" per:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/listing-tips/using-business-tool?id=4159

Then I could see the advanced options for the selling form. See if it looks ok here on my listing:

"So someone could by 10 or a 100 and it will be the same shipping price."

Normally I would suggest using USPS Priority Medium or Large Flat Rate boxes; but those will cost more than $8.00 shipping.

You might have to reconsider your $8.00 flat shipping fee.

On you listing page there is a shipping section. Select "flat price to all sellers". Then select your shipping method and enter $8.00 for the first one. Then it asks how much for any additional. Put in $0.00.

Be careful about the shipping service you use. If someone buys, as you suggested, 100 balls then it may be over the one cubic limit in which case UPS or FedEx would be the better choice.

So I would suggest "standard shipping" as the shipping method leaving it open ended for you to select the best way when the order comes in.

Thanks, I tried selecting the "Buyer pays - flat shipping". I put in $8, but nothing comes up about asking for any additional shipping. Do I need to be in some "expert mode" to see those options?

This is how you do set up combined shipping. Go to your Seller Hub

Look for the box that says Short Cuts Find Site preferences Click that

Look on the left hand side of page for  Shipping preferences..

next in the middle of the page find FLAT SHIPPING RULE click that

When you finish doingthat you can include that rule in your Shipping Policies

See photo for how Flat rate rule  should look with $8.00 flat rate shipping

You don't have to set up a combined shipping rule when the items being sold are on one listing.   You may be using a different listing form than I am but this is what I see when I go to sell a similar item as long as I have more than one available.

combined shipping.jpg  If you are not seeing a second box you may have to adjust/customize something on that listing form. I'm not familiar with other listings forms so can't give you specifics.

For the life of me I still can't figure out how to do this. Unfortunately, I do not see the form that @pjcdn2005 posted. I tried setting up the rule as described by @ebooksdiva  as shown below. But when I click on the "Shipping and payments" tab of my listing it still shows $8 shipping for each additional item..

Yes but after you are done setting up your flat shipping rule you need to select that same rule in  shipping policies in your business policy section. See the screen shot in my previous post.

Think I figured out how to get to the same form you are getting. But won't this apply to all my listings?I only want it to apply to one listing.

@thisisall1word

You may want to name  your shipping policy for golf balls if you are just using for the golf balls and nothing else.

@thisisall1word You can create a new one just for the golf balls

Also the form the other person was showing you is the is in the listing form when you create a listing. Apparently you are trying to update a listing that is already live from what I can tell.

Why is your screens black like that..just curious.
