@wilcur_0 Please only send an item back through a case with a return label opened through ebay as @eburtonlab said. A quick google search shows this company linked to tracking scams.....

Don't bother. If you did not order anything, it is like junk mail and yours to keep or dispose of. They send random packages to address all over the place that have some trinket of little value inside.

That would be a SpeedPAK delivery probably sent from China.

Is it addressed to you? Are you expecting a package from a seller registered in China?

If you aren't in a solcited transaction awaiting a package you don't have to return it.

Need to return an item which has not been posted to my Purchase History. How do I proceed?

Did you purchase it as a guest rather than with your current ID? The email you received when you made the purchase should have a link there to start a return.  If you did purchase as a guest, make sure that you first sign out of your current ID before you start the return.
