I ordered something on Ebay and a package with my product was from cs@orangeconnex.com.  How do I return the item?  Its not what I was looking for.  I don't even see it in my purchase History.

Some time ago there were a series of pots about this orangecommex company. The general gist is that they were sending our random miscellaneous doodads and geegawks willy nilly. Most of the posts generally asked what was the deal as they never ordered anything. No one really had a definitive answer.

The point of my remarks is that the package from comex may have nothing to do with your actual order which may still be on the way. For example, check the tracking number on the actual order with the number on the package. I'm guessing they are not the same.

The tip off is you say "my product" followed by "It's not what I was looking for". So it actually was NOT your order.

If that is the case then consider the package from comex as essentially junk mail and dump it.

Orange connex claims to be partnered with eBay and is redistributor.  What's probably happening (and this has happened to me) is the seller might be using credit cards to resell on here and they first test the card with a very cheap, small item.  If it goes through they use it for a few large orders until the card fails, id wager if you contact the company they can look up the tracking and will see some hacked account or unauthorized credit sales happened.  It's a very common way to get away with this type of activity these days, though I've mostly seen it happen on FB.

I just received a package from cs@orangeconnex.com in Franklin Park, IL. Glad I came across this thread before I put anymore effort into trying to find the right recipient.  Was afraid this was meant for somebody for Christmas !!!

I ordered 1-4 seasons. Not just season 4! If you can send me the rest of my order, I' ll keep season 4.

I can't send them to you, as I am not your seller ... have you stretched out to your seller. So you got the bile, but need the other 3 seasons, sugar, salt, and vinegar?
