Hi,
I have purchased an Item from seller that arrived damaged.
I send them a message with detailled pictures and they agreed to send me a replacement parts. They send me a return label directly on my personal Email ( I don't know how they got it) . And now that they received the part, they are saying that they don´t have replacement (even when they still have the item for sell in their page, and have many for sell), and they say that they can't send me a refund either because Ebay and paypal doesn´t let them...
Sadly all sent discussion and agreement have been through Ebay email box, without involving ebay return policy since the seller had agreed to send replacement.
What can I do?
How to send all Emails between the seller and I to Ebay so that they apply refund or replacement as agreed?

I'm not sure there is anything you can do now, besides hope that your seller honors a refund.
You may be able to open a Not As Described case on PayPal... upload your return tracking and hope for the best.

Normally you should of put in a return request in eBay that way eBay generates a return label. I am not sure if ebay is going to let you use screen shots as proof on you personal email . All messages should of been done through eBay messaging that way if eBay needs to look into the issue further they can see it in the messaging.
You cam try opening a dispute with paypay and try to get a refund if the seller is not responding.

You'll get a provisional refund the same day or the next day when you call the number on the back of your card to file a chargeback with the reason "Goods returned, credit not issued". Your seller won't be able to get out of the refund -- just give your card issuer the tracking showing delivered; be brief, don't confuse the rep.

Hi, thanks for your help.
All messages were sent through Ebay messaging.
As the seller agreed to send replacement part and did sent return label, I haven't involved Ebay return process.
But know the seller says "no more replacement" available, and also says that he can't do a refund for what ever reason...

I paid with a credit card. Is paypal involved in this kind of transaction?

Contact your credit card provider and initiate a chargeback. You will need to provide evidence to support your claim.
