How to change so that shipping charges come from payouts rather than Paypal

How do I change it so my shipping charges come out before I get a payout?  Right now it comes from Paypal even though the money I get when something sells no longer goes to Paypal.  When my friend switched to the managed payments it was automatic for her.  I just saw a pop up when I signed on about that same thing but it disappeared.  I have searched all my settings and can't seem to find it.  Thanks in advance for your help!!

You're looking for a hot button on the bottom left of the label page. Change it from 'PayPal' to 'Pending'. Good luck.

Bottom of the 'shipping/label' page, you can click one box or the other (PP is auto clicked). Best to check each shipment/label until you know it has 'stayed' checked in the 'Pending' box.

For a couple of weeks, I was not being given any option other than the singular option to pay for shipping labels from PP Account.  It was fixed for a few days over the weekend, but I just went to print out labels and find the same exact problem is back again.  This stinks.  FIX YOUR SHIPPING ISSUE EBAY!!!  You are costing me time and money I do not have!!

It's supposed to become your new default... but keep an eye on it. You never know about eBay's 'glitch du jour'. 😉
