So I was wondering how to avoid the wrong condition or product thing that some people do for when I shipthe items out. Do I take pictures in the shipping box? I'm not sure, I'm still getting used to the shipping program.

Taking pictures of the item won't do you much good, since it could be anything in the box.
Make sure you're are describing your items accurately. Take good clear pictures of all sides of the item including any flaws it may have.
However, No matter how well you described the item, took pictures of all angles of the item, including any flaws, you will always at some point have a not as described return. It's part of doing business.

I would remove this from your listing
"I am not responsible for any damages during shipment"
You are responsible for ALL damage during shipment. You can buy insurance or risk without, buyers can't.
Buyers should ALWAYS get their item undamaged.

Remove the part in your listings that say:
I am not responsible for any damages during shipment
It's simply not true because as you are the one who packages your items and picks the carrier you are 100% responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping
