How to add custom label on eBay packing slip?

Did eBay implement a way to add the custom label / sku option onto their packing slip yet? If not, do you guys have an alternative method of doing this?

Yes, but the recent changes caused a glitch so it is not printed on the packing slip or on the label.  The label now prints the item number, instead of your custom SKU.

This has been reported, but the more complaints the sooner it will get fixed.

It's been nearly 4 years since this first answer and I am now discovering the feature to use the Custom Label, but for the packing slip, it does nothing. I usually go to AskeBay on Twitter with issues, but since this is a technical one, where do I report this bug? Does it matter, since after 4 years they have not fixed it?
