I ordered 2 items from one seller, who sent me an invoice with combined shipping cost. When I receive the package there's only 1 item in the package. I tried to contact the seller, but she's out of office till 20 days from now. I wanted to file an "INR" case, but I can't, because both items share one single tracking number which showed "delivered", I only have option of returning the missing item, the problem is I never got it at the first place how am I going to return it?
If I choose to return the item I got with a reason as "missing part", eBay's estimated refund amount already slashed the total shipping I have paid in half. Which, to my understanding, if I return the item I received I only get a partial refund. And since I don't have the 2nd item I never received to return, I don't get that part of the money back?
I am just confused. And what's the proper procedure for this kind of issue? Thanks,
