eBay or PayPal for help, who to use.

I buy a lot on eBay, a few times I was unable to get a refund from a seller. A refund that was due to me. I always went with PayPal for this. But I now see that you can ask eBay for help. Who to use? Thanks.

I would start with eBay. The seller is entitled to ask for the item to be returned before refunding, if that matters. What kind of problem(s) are you having?

Ebay has always been available to step in if your seller isn't responsive to your Request for Return.

As to the outcome of that, none of us can say without details of what is going on.
