How is this possible?

The item I purchased is 1lb and 9.1 oz without the box its packaged in or the shipping package weights included so how is the seller shipping it first class package service? Is it going to get sent back if they see it's over 13 oz max or is it gonna be delivered to me with postage due? Im confused. The seller had "fast n free" and was supposed to be here the 27th but i understand this month sucks for usps etc so not too upset about the timeframe just concerned if this is gonna be an issue.

Yeah I did that immediately after I got the tracking number and signed up for email and text and have two USPS apps on my phone tracking it as well as about 4 other apps tracking it all showing the same info . I purchased two things one from California and one from China and the China package made way more progress and is moving pretty fast to get here and sadly may even be here before the one from cali one which has remained the same. It's crazy. I've gotten about 20 updates on the China item and basically none on the cali one. That's another reason I'm concerned.  Hopefully the China one will skip cali😂😂
