How does one ship internationally?

My global shipping disappeared from my listings once I chose managed payments through Ebay. I hadn't shipped internationally until I signed up for the global shipping program. Is the global shipping program lost to me now that I have managed payments?

If so, how does one ship internationally? How do you figure shipping for global shipping? Where does one go to get that type of information so that listings can have accurate costs?

Also, if I usually offer free shipping, how do I figure out how much to add for shipping internationally?

you should still be able to use GSP

It's still a setting when creating/editing a listing

• Looking at all of my active listings, none of them have the option showing to click on Global Shipping Program anymore - not since I changed over to managed payments this morning.
